Hi, I'm İlham Şükürlü.
My path into marketing began in Turkey, during my university years. I was studying tourism management in Alanya, but most of my time went into ad accounts, client pages and campaign reports. After a while I realised I enjoyed explaining this work to others as much as doing it.
So I taught digital marketing in Turkey for 5 years. Over those years I had more than 500 students: some starting from zero, others business owners who wanted to grow. I've always had one rule in class: short theory, lots of practice. When students leave a lesson, they should have a working campaign, a content plan or a ready offer for their first client.
Alongside teaching, I worked in the field: at marketing agencies and in real estate in Turkey, and with education centres and various brands in Azerbaijan. There were projects where I raised ad ROI by 35–40% and sales by 20% in the first six months. I mention these numbers because everything I teach, I tested in my own work first.
In recent years I've turned my focus to artificial intelligence. Today I make ad films, visuals and music videos with AI. We've worked with names like Tünzalə Ağayeva, Brilliant Dadaşova, the Ministry of Culture, ARTMARK and Kinomax.
Today I'm one of the founders of Zirvə Labs, where I teach SMM, Generative AI and AI automation. Some of my students already earn with these skills: they make ad films for brands, run their own YouTube channels, and a few have started their own AI companies. For me, that is the biggest result.

We take a short brief, approve the script and visual direction, then move into production. Timing depends on the size of the project.
